Plus Service
Cost to Vendor - $3,500/year (select vendors may be slightly higher, ~$5,000/year, due to large catalog)
The Plus Service is proactive and provides vendors an easy, cost effective way to support dealers' product information needs. Participating in the Plus Service does not require a great level of effort on the part of the vendor; simply include HSC in the normal channels used to inform sales reps and/or dealers. HSC will collate, enter and publish the data. The vendor's complete catalogue is entered at the beginning of the program period and then products are added or updated as new information becomes available. Plus and Premium Service vendors are given preferential treatment in product searches and information presentation.

Data Elements Include:

• Vendor Name & Model Number
• Detailed Description - 255 characters, suitable for consumer proposals
• Dimensions - height, width and depth stored separately for use in CAD software and English/Metric conversions
• Input/Output Architecture - specific IO label as published by manufacturer, Signal & IO type for use in design software
• Product Features - 10 listings
• 2 Product images - Front-small, front-large
• 1 PDF Document - product manual
• List Price - for distribution to dealer subscribers only, not publication on the web (not required)

Cost to Vendor - $7,500/year (select vendors may be slightly higher, ~$10,000/year, due to large catalog)
The Premium Service extends the Plus Service by including easier access to technical specifications, a larger document library and back-panel/technical images. Premium Service vendors will also be included in the Banner Engine, which will deliver context sensitive marketing and technical banners. Plus and Premium Service vendors are given preferential treatment in product searches and information presentation.

In Addition To Plus Service Elements, Data Includes:

• Technical Description - 2048 characters max, suitable for sales/design personnel
• Technical Specifications - 50 listings (classification, label & spec)
• 3 Product images - Front-small-rollover, back/technical-small, back/technical-large
• PDF Documents - product brochure, dimensional line drawings, installation manuals, technical publications
